Cancellation Policy

Should you have any further enquiries regarding our cancellation policy which we were not made clear below, please contact us and we’d be happy to assist with any enquiries you might have.

In the case of a cancellation by Star Outdoors due to dangerous weather conditions or Covid 19 related restrictions. The client will have an option of rescheduling the activity on a date suitable to both parties or else a full refund will be offered.

More that 7 day’s notice: 50% refund
Less than 7 day’s notice: No refund

In the case of a group member cancelling drops the group number below 10 people then the group discount will be lost and deducted from the refund.
