Discount Coupons

If you are coming with a group of 10 or more then you are entitled to a 10% discount off your activity fee.

Each of our activities need to be booked individually and thus there is a promo code coinciding with each activity. The code is to be entered before filling out your payment details.

The 10% discount codes are as follows:

Cruise trip promo code = cruise22

Kayaking & mini waterpark promo code = kayak22

Paintball promo code= paint22

Splatball promo code= splat22

The Gauntlet promo code = gauntlet22

Cancellation Policy

In the case of a cancellation by Star Outdoors due to dangerous weather conditions or Covid 19 related restrictions. The client will have an option of rescheduling the activity on a date suitable to both parties or else a full refund will be offered.

More that 7 day’s notice: 50% refund
Less than 7 day’s notice: No refund

In the case of a group member cancelling drops the group number below 10 people then the group discount will be lost and deducted from the refund.
