Water sports: All participants must arrive 1 hour before their designated start time
Land based activities: All participants must arrive 25 minutes before their designated start time
Cruise trip: All participants must arrive 15 minutes before their designated start time
Water sports: Swimwear and towel. Wetsuits will be mandatory this year due to Covid 19, you may bring your own or else we have them to rent for an extra €6.
Land based activities: Rain jacket, boots or runners, towel, a spare change of clothes/ foot ware for after the activity.
Cruise trip: Our boat is equipped with an enclosed lower viewing saloon in case of bad weather but a jacket would be advisable for the top deck.
Water sports:
8 years and up accompanied by an adult.
12 years and up without an adult.
Land based activities:
Paintball – 15 years and up;
The Gauntlet, Splat ball, Archery – 8 years and up;
Crazy golf – no age limit
Cruise trip: No age limit
Water sports: No minimum amount
Land based activities:
Paintball – Minimum of 6 people;
The Gauntlet – Minimum of 4 people;
Splat ball – Minimum of 4 people
Archery – Minimum of 3 people
Crazy golf – No minimum amount

All arrivals should report to our main office which is located downstairs in the front of the building.
We do not have a restaurant on site however there will be two food trucks operating on our pier over the summer months. Groups are also welcome to get takeaway deliveries out to our centre to enjoy after their activities.
Yes on land our activities will be ran by our super helpful instructors, explaining rules and helping coach technique. With our water activities our instructors supervise safety but not in a coaching capacity.
With water based activities there are changing rooms and shower facilities available.
With land based activities we have changing rooms and toilets available.
No you don’t need to be able to swim. Buoyancy aids are included and you are under the watchful eye of our instructors close by.
